Four hours policy i.e. four hours in the office and your attendance is marked as present(Once in a while you can avail this) 5. Birthday and Anniversaries coupons. 6. Fixed off(Sat-Sun for most of the processes except a few)

Some of the downsides are.. 1. Night shift.. Oh boy !! do i need to explain 2 . Rude and unprofessional and partial managers 3. And.. No career growth. Sit down relax and see your ship of progress sinking :( 4. Wait you want me to write about appraisal .. you must be kidding :) 5. Be in the good book or survive till you give up. (All points above are according to my process some of the processes are quite good and happy people.)
