Hours are generally pretty good and there is generally good worklife balance. This is a place where you can grow professionally.

As with any large company, your experience will vary based on which team you are on and who your manager is. Junior or early career employees tend to be underpaid and there are many instances of people leaving to get a salary bump and later coming back. The company is quite large and has a great legacy, which means it isn't always the most nimble or open to taking strategic risks.
