Pros

Good Benefit package, Possible growth in professional career, Great NY location on 34ST, and Management is approachable and quite open. Excellent classroom training and supervisors tend to be quite useful. Great opportunities for people of different backgrounds.

Kontras

Low base salary, high risk, mostly compensation based work, needs improvement within internal systems. There is high employee turnover, and as employees gain seniority they are at increasing risk of being laid off. There is terrible work-life balance, especially at the junior level, when employees are expected to be available 2/47. There is a lack of information sharing across the firm, and it is very difficult to change roles within the organization. Sometimes Management at all levels really gets in its own way when it comes to getting anything accomplished. Long Hours!!

Pros

Good support for new people managers were very helpful and always available

Kontras

Micromanage every second of your time; have to put in a request to go to the bathroom and wait for someone to grant it Expect you to put exceptions to your time after your shift ends on your own time Half hour lunch by the time I brought my lunch or heated my leftovers and went to the bathroom. I barely had time to wolf it down. Unrealistic call times Systems are horrible and crashing all the time expect you to be in at least 15 minutes before your shift unpaid to set up all the programs on your computer
