Company culture is relatively better compared to a lot of other companies in the same industry

Too many layers of middle management makes efficiency extremely low. A lot of groups are fighting for survival and the middle management is creating a lot of huddles to prevent people actually doing the work work more efficiently

Great benefits and high salary, a lot of room for growth.

Experience depends highly on your manager and department. I worked my butt off and had an awful manager in a toxic department, but now I have an amazing manager in a much calmer department.
