There is nothing good to report about this company - it is simply the most atrocious experience I've ever had in my entire career!

There is absolutely no onboarding for new starters whatsover - you are expected to know what you don't know from Day 1. There is no induction; managers do nothing to support you! Nothing is explained to you; no one is introduced to you; you are just left to figure out all systems are processes on your own as well as understand all the incessant jargon. Hierarchy abounds everywhere and the culture is intrinsically toxic - longtimers are immune as to how bad it is and just accept it as normal. New starters are left horrified and traumatized! Oh; and the health insurance is diabolical - there is only one option and so your co-payments are huge until your deductible is met and even then your plan will only pay 80%. Stay well away and only enter at your peril.
