Lots of great, intelligent, hard working people who care a lot about what they do

Kontras

Current Senior Leadership is making decisions based on short-term, bottom-line gains to satisfy Wall Street. Management too top heavy. No flexibility to maximize experienced people in different areas - they lay off people in one division when they need those people in another division.
