      Pros

      The people I work with are awesome, and we had a great AD that was here. Work/life balance, pension, benefits and food.

      GHH leadership in the hub is terrible. The one awesome AD we had was let go for something so incredibly ridiculous. Morale is low now. The Hub is what it was intended to be - its now just an office. Parking is very expensive and Merck will not cover it ($150/mo). Company moves super slow on everything. Simple things are overly complex.

      Great benefits and high salary, a lot of room for growth.

      Kontras

      Experience depends highly on your manager and department. I worked my butt off and had an awful manager in a toxic department, but now I have an amazing manager in a much calmer department.
