Pros

Company vehicle and gas card. They also provide all necessary items for your home office. Company is now apart of Mars providing additional opportunities.

Kontras

Work life balance is talked about but does not exist. In order to move up in Wrigley you have to be willing to move, which is not discussed in interviews. Instead you are told it is an entry level position with the intention to move up in 2 years. Management has a "list" of people who they believe is promotable. To get on list you have to cater to management.

I’ve been at Mars (Yorkville site) for about three months as a Quality Systems Senior Specialist, and so far it’s been a great experience. Everyone has been genuinely friendly, welcoming, and willing to help. The culture feels very supportive—people want to see you succeed and are quick to share knowledge and offer guidance. My manager has been amazing and is truly invested in my growth. She’s helped set clear expectations, encouraged development, and provided the tools and support I need to be successful.
