shared value. everything revolves around people being equal and working together. great team spirit. i don't know how easy it is to be promoted within the company, however they are flexible with being able to move teams even with little experience. the company wants driven, positive individuals who are eager to learn

no free drinks, only discounted however this gets expensive lunch room is quite small for the amount of associates not much ethnic diversity however this may just be down to fewer applicants office air con is too powerful

I’ve been at Mars (Yorkville site) for about three months as a Quality Systems Senior Specialist, and so far it’s been a great experience. Everyone has been genuinely friendly, welcoming, and willing to help. The culture feels very supportive—people want to see you succeed and are quick to share knowledge and offer guidance. My manager has been amazing and is truly invested in my growth. She’s helped set clear expectations, encouraged development, and provided the tools and support I need to be successful.
