Good communication from managers, extensive job training, supportive co workers, relaxed environment so easy to focus and complete assignments, good breaks

Set targets, non physical role, lots of sitting down. Can be hard work with having to transfer customers to different departments

We believe our colleagues are what make us such a great place to work – the pride, passion and commitment of our people is something we are very proud of. Offering good training is also very important to us. As you know, one of our core values is developing our people so they can learn, grow and perform at their best, so I’m very pleased you recognise this. Sorry to hear that your role can be quite restrictive and difficult at times. We work closely with our clients to try and ensure the best experience for our contractors but unfortunately are not always able to control this. I would suggest speaking with your line manager about this to see what improvements can be made – I’m sure they will be very accommodating of this. We will continue to review the processes on-site together with our client to ensure the experience employees get is a positive one.
