Pay has been increased to a very high level. Benefits are at a level with the rest fo the market.
Kontras
Org chart is way too flat. There are minimal opportunities for E4 and E5 engineers to move up. Myself and my peers feel that we have jobs and not careers. There is minimal bench strength for most technical/management positions.
