Pros
Precursor companies enjoyed a good reputation in the industry, which has not yet been destroyed. This makes finding a job elsewhere a realistic proposition. So many colleagues have left, that we now have a large ready-made external network, for job-hunting and the like.
Kontras
CEO is taking too many micro-decisions, e.g. approving intercontinental travel. Why do we have an HR department ? Big decisions are not being taken fast enough. Senior staff are shown the door and nothing is said to the workforce. It is left to the rumour mill to spread the word. This is amateur and pathetic. Staff are left chasing ghosts.
