If you are a white man they have a new Diversity, Inclusion and Equity program out that seeks to promote everything but you and to devalue your worth and contributions simply because you are white. The new program is huge and far reaching. Being driven by the upper crust of management it is alienating the average worker. The program is driving wedges in the workforce that were never there before.
