"New Company feel" - with all the re-organisation that is going on and all the new staff taking up positions - this feels like a whole new start-up company, so maybe opportunities will be knocking on my door.

No sense of team - its a me culture, you have to look good at all costs to be the most popular in town No flexibility when looking at individual circumstances for not being able to re-locate and in other cases - being forced to re-locate and given a lower position with less salary - woopee! Fear - oh boy, you do not want to be seen to be negative at all costs - to be seen as negative = loosing your job
