Pros
Going to work as a vet has never been easier due the high density of prior service members that work at Lockheed. Good opportunity to meet Execs and voice issues. Everyone cohesively works together in a contract centric environment. Plenty of time off, especially when working alongside the Air Force.
Kontras
Very fast paced work environment and usually more stress tacked on than bargained for due the seriousness of the environment. Workers are often cherry picked out slowly by very high paying IT companies, leaving everyone else to pick up slack of a then missing fellow employee. Execs set timelines unreachable for the entire company that then leads to lessened raises, ect. No possiblity of promotion without moving locations.
