Employee morale is the lowest i have ever experienced. 2. Salaries start out below std LM salaries. Mgmt's approach is to plateau your hire-in salary and drive your pay down to 80% of the grade-level pay scale or lower. 3. No career path planning, no opportunity for high performers to advance, and no ascenssion planning.
