Depressing hearing old timers talk all day about their $$$$$ retirement with countdown clocks. Discouraging environment with talk amongst selves, groups, departments complaining about how no one does their job or it's done incorrectly. Seems everything is a corrective action. View first hand how tax payers dollars are at waste.
