Good old boys network, what raises, incompetent management, very very slow to respond to negative feedback on those incompetent managers. Good employees either leave voluntarily or get screwed out of their jobs by incompetent mgmt even doing illegal activities (being set up to get "fired", retaliation - even though there is a 'zero tolerance' policy on that...it all depends on your gender, age, race, military history.
