If you really listen to the hr presentations for the past few years it's been a resounding message.... we're top heavy and early/mid career employees shouldn't expect to move up. But the question is asked each year from management and hr... how can we keep our young employees? ANSWER: you have to make room for them, invest a little into them and nurture their career for a bit.... then you can reap the rewards of a well trained employee.
