Flexible hours. 4 10hr shifts per week and 3 days off. Payed weekly, pay is fair, benefits are good, get to work on cool stuff. Quick advancement.
Kontras
Lower level managment is pretty non existent and communications are poor. Upper managment does the typical quarterly meetings but, a lot of situational awareness is missed since lower level managment is reluctant to share any details with team. Managment is also relatively young and lacks experience. Goals and milestones are often unrealistic and beyond attainable. Be prepared to work your donkey off. Overtime pay/compensation is also poor. Boeing has the best overtime pay.
