Pros
I was given opportunities right from the start. I had the opportunity to move around to different jobs as well as different work sites. I was even able to travel for training classes and seminars. The benefits are very good when looked at as a whole. I worked with some very talented managers.
Kontras
The pay was lacking and hours were very long. I worked at the Aeronautics division in Ft. Worth which is a union shop. To say the hourly workers were unmotivated to do anything would be an understatement. Ultimately, that is what drove me away. Being excited to try new ideas and techniques that went to the shop floor and died because no one had any motivation to change because 'ive done this for 20 year, i know what im doing'
