lots of opportunities! you can do just about anything at Lockheed Martin. Just make a plan and go do it. Managers are helpful in getting you where you want to be if you ask.

Cut backs - IS&GS since recent reorganization has been cutting bennefits and salaries to make more money rather than investing in the future. If you don't take charge of where you want to go and make a plan to get there - no one is going to suggest it and you will fall of the map. Performance Appraisals are not baised on performance but how well your manager can convince upper management how well you are doing. If you have a soft-spoken or not highly respected manager - don't expect much.
