      Salary, Benefits, and a large company with many divisions providing options to move around without leaving the company.

      Kontras

      Your time is micro-managed, and even though you are salary, your treated more like a union hourly worker, this leads to a high turn-over rate of new hires leaving the company after 2 to 3 years.

      Hohe Integrität im gesamten Unternehmen, offene Kommunikation und aufrichtiges Interesse daran, das Richtige zu tun.

      Leider muss ich mir zwanzig Worte mit Nachteilen einfallen lassen. In Wirklichkeit habe ich nach mehr als 41 Jahren in der IT keine Nachteile für Lockheed Martin. Sie sind nicht perfekt, aber sehr akzeptabel.
