Performance assessment process is extremely unfair. Instead of being assessed on performance, it seems to be more of a popularity and nepotism based system. Managers all smile in your face like it's all good, but behind your back they gossip and talk about you to,other employees, highly unethical. They speak to work/life balance, but is held against you if you do not work more than 40 hrs a week.
