You can work yourself into interesting rewarding positions. The potential is there for you. There is plenty of work to do. Sr. Executive management is candid in communications. If lucky, you can end up working with/for some fantastically great and smart people. Education reimbursement.

Some new and cheaper lower level management are seriously lacking in their mindset on management. It is like a lower class that is more skilled for managing hourly laborers than professionals. Too many people with high salaries that don't do work but track others work.
