Compensation and benefits were reasonably competitive compared to similar companies. Opportunities to work with a lot of smart and talented people.

Culture has been rapidly declining for the past several years with many decisions making individual contributors far worse off, from elimination of benefits to reduction of personal time off. Very poor visibility from management around when and why decisions are made. Work/life balance varies wildly by team, with some having unsustainable on-call expectations.
