Pros

Work from home Great pay The best training program I have ever been through Constant support from management Employee surveys that actually make a difference PTO policy is borderline amazing. if you have the hours, you can basically clock out for the rest of the day, with zero notice, just by sending you manager a message on Teams

Kontras

My cons are cons for me, but may not be for you.. The Incoming calls are relentless. I want to preface by saying that I was a very successful salesperson here. I reached number one in the company by my 3rd month selling (in all departments). I made plenty of money, and management loved me. But I am NOT BUILT for a call center environment. I hate talking to 60 people a day. There is a lunch break, and 30 mins worth of break you can take, but if you use too many breaks, it looks like you are call avoiding (which admittedly was exactly what I was doing) Seriously, you can make a lot of money here. If you can handle to the call center grind, and you're good at sales, this job is a no brainer

Kontras

Started my career at Liberty Mutual as a Workers' Compensation intern. In the beginning, everything was going well. The workload was demanding, but I genuinely enjoyed the job and the work I was doing. One year later, I got promoted to claim adjuster. Things changed after my manager was seriously injured in a car accident. The department director took over managing our team, and the work environment became completely different. She was extremely rude and practiced excessive micromanagement. She expected me not to take any PTO if my work wasn't completely finished, even when I needed time off because my grandmother had suddenly passed away. The constant pressure and lack of empathy took a serious toll on my mental health. I developed depression during that time and eventually had to seek help from a psychologist. In the end, I decided to leave Liberty Mutual. It was one of the best decisions I made for my well-being, and I would not consider returning to the company.
