Your hours are very flexible and there are many programs for employees who would like to continue their education. There are so many different forms of recognition if you perform well.

Micro management is a real negative at times. Things change often, sometimes without notice. Numbers are always stressed on a weekly basis, instead of looking at the larger picture. Sometimes managers rely on other employees to teach new hires essential techniques. Sure, this is a way that information is transmitted to new hires, but somethings should be taught directly by management.
