Extreme micro managing in a call center type environment. Company is laying off 1100 CSRs across the country and moving all service to Call Centers across the US so unless you want to uproot your life and move..you are out of a job. No real assistance or caring for those who don't want to transfer to a Call Center. Big turn over both in Sales Reps. and Management. Lots of money wasted on programs like LMS that are not seen through and continued. Way too much micro managing and too many silly metrics and quotas to meet. Very high pressure and you can never do enough. It's all more , more. Company way overpays Management!
