Management not trained in how to handle disability accommodations legally. Company discrimination against middle age, educated, disabled individuals. They want people fresh out of college that just want to fill metrics that aren't customer service oriented. I have reported several complaints to EEO that I still try to work with Liberty with internally to clean up legal issues I have against them
