Great co-workers, in general. The best, personality-wise that I have dealt with Great work-life balance if you take advantage of it and have a good manager Pretty good office morale, in part due to a younger workforce and a good office manager ( favors a younger workforce,under 40) Decent healthcare benefits ( Medical, drug, dental)

There are clicks Managers play favourites Pay is not on-par with other companies They preach that they promote from within, but the reality is a very long, stressful road towards career growth Managers that have no business being managers anymore, should be removed. Their development plans for year-end reviews and compensation planning are some of the worst I have seen

With so many opportunities, committees, and ERGs to get involved in, it's easy to take on too much. Being intentional about where you focus your time is key to protecting that great work-life balance. It's a large enterprise, so it can take time to learn how to navigate all the resources and pathways available. More centralized visibility into open STAs and mobility opportunities would make them even easier to pursue.
