Non-competitive rates, company went cheap, cut over time hours, cut bonus', no growth opportunity, deceptive practices to gain business is encouraged. Culture is very challenging, heirarcy is extremely prominent. Customer service is not a focus throughout the company, especially in claims. Middle management focuses on the wrong things. High medical deductibles and expensive policies. Work Life Balance is terrible compared to when I started!
