Role changes whithout notice, if you are not a "yes man" you have no future, your experience, opinion or even market data is ignored when upper management takes decisions based on whims or actions from competitors. Korean culture of making changes last minute when everything is ready and done, adding unnecessary stress and extra work with no added value. Korean upper management shout and degrade people while never giving credit to good performance.
