Your experience at KC is highly dependent on your line manager and their manager. Some senior leaders got there by working 24/7 and expect the same, but they won’t tell you that at the interview stage. All senior leaders work evenings and weekends, like working for a Big 4 consulting but without the associated paycheck. No prioritization.

Pros

Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

Kontras

While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
