      Pros

      Everyone was very friendly and supportive. The team was fun. Lots of events and clubs to get involved in. Overall a great experience.

      Kontras

      Some people occasionally need to work overtime to meet deadlines. This is normal in this kind of job though and of course Vacationers are not expected to do this. The pay is mediocre - it's a trade off for the experience you get.

      Good Benefits - Get the week of the fourth of July and the week of Christmas off every year.

      They say we are doing well but everyone is stagnant. No real opportunities to get promoted or raises. Gone through 3 layoffs. Management says that no one is leaving because they love working there but no one is leaving because the market is bad. That is the reason for a backlog of folks trying to move up.
