      1) Training is superb in comparison to non-Big-4 firms. 2) Ability to travel and charge expenses to get miles/hotels/flights (hey..it counts). 3) Exit opportunity.

      1) Individuals who work far less can move up faster than you. 2) Traveling can take a toll on body and soul. 3) Top down management style.

      Good Benefits - Get the week of the fourth of July and the week of Christmas off every year.

      They say we are doing well but everyone is stagnant. No real opportunities to get promoted or raises. Gone through 3 layoffs. Management says that no one is leaving because they love working there but no one is leaving because the market is bad. That is the reason for a backlog of folks trying to move up.
