      Some people are really great to work with but they are few and far between. Others are still in the dark ages despite all the 'values' spouting

      If you get a bad boss you might as well resign straight away. HR are only there to protect the firm - don't ever get mislead they may be helping you. And NEVER get ill - sure fire thing to get you performance managed out

      Good Benefits - Get the week of the fourth of July and the week of Christmas off every year.

      They say we are doing well but everyone is stagnant. No real opportunities to get promoted or raises. Gone through 3 layoffs. Management says that no one is leaving because they love working there but no one is leaving because the market is bad. That is the reason for a backlog of folks trying to move up.
