- 25 days of PTO when you start (as long as you can find time to use it) - Challenging tasks from day one - Exposure to a wide variety of areas of a business

- Long hours - No sense of appreciation for the work that is done - Communication from senior management lacking - Technology is a bit lacking (although hopefully improving soon with new electronic work paper tool rolling out) - Very top heavy (e.g. long term career advancement does not look good)
