They treat the staff well; they have good benefits; they offer good career advancement. They put forth strong effort to place the staff (and train the staff) in their appropriate work functions.
Kontras
It is a very large company, and as such they have a difficult time adapting quickly. Changes need to come down the pipeline and gain the various approvals before implementation. Some things that could be done better or more efficiently take a while before they come down to the staff level.
