The base was ( midwest) low/ average rate.
Kontras
They preach healthy work culture- but treat the employees terribly. Changed our comp plan 3 times in the 2 years I worked there. Did claw backs on commissions already paid. Have several class action lawsuits against them from current and former sales reps. Google it.
