As long as your face fits and you're a 'yes' man you'll be ok, but challenge decisions and you're pushed out! Management more focused on numbers rather than the customer, don't replace people who leave and don't support sales people so they leave within a year. Lots of pressure, long hours and high expectations. Lots of low morale and disengaged employees.
