JCI empowers its employees to pursue opportunities within the organization- and to reach out above and beyond one's own job description to accomplish tasks in the best way possible.

      As with any large, multi functional, multi-location organization, it takes a little extra effort/digging to determine who would be the appropriate point of contact for questions and assistance...but someone will always point you in the right direction to find the answer!
