      The company culture is amazing. JetBlue truly is an organization that cares about the employees and customers above all else! I couldn't have asked for a better company to work for.

      For certain positions, there seems to be very little more to grow and the company undergoes reorganizations quite frequently which can disrupt work flow.

      Only the flight benefits are worth it, and that even barely with the amount of crap that goes on within this company

      Severely underpaid, toxic senior managers, leadership rewards incompetence and laziness and ostracizes good employees, severe amount of pure stupidity and backstabbers/two-facers. Workload constantly increases with raises outpaced by inflation
