Please!!! Do something with the supervisors, it is in every station this feeling of superiority. Plus, if you're not part of their followers, you're screwed. The opportunity to grow is dictated by favoritism. The values of the company ... Just words. And the worst: if a Sup doesn't like you, you will be hunted until you are out of sight.
