Career growth within the organization is extremely limited and often actively discouraged. The culture is extremely toxic, and deeply demotivating. Leadership consistently fails to address blatant discrimination by onsite and offsite managers. Discrimination is not just present, it is normalized and enabled. Performance, skills, and contributions has no place here. Senior leadership remains disconnected and unaccountable, choosing silence and cost savings. HR and Payroll team is ineffective. Overall, this is not an organization for professionals seeking fair treatment, growth, or an inclusive work culture.
