I do not see HK as a subsidiary being valued by management. Starting 2025, comission plan has ceiling threshold for payout, hold back payment and created conditional payout that is unfair and bias. Ignore feedback from the team

While non-compliance being reported multiple times, managment continuoue ignored. High turnover is best evidence for the poor environment, totally surprise they got "Best place for work"
