Everything. Training is thrown together, most of the people have no idea whats going on and if you're not liked by management or other people then you will get NOWHERE else. It's like you get stuck in the contact centre and theres no way out with everyone hoping to leave. The management is so toxic that multiple people are on/have considered workers compensation due to the amount of bullying and harassment that happens, and theres no way to contact HR either, they make it so impossible to get there without talking to the direct managers first who most of the time will not do anything about it and won't help you get to HR for it. If you end up being good at your job, you're stuck cleaning up after other people. If you're great at your job then you get stuck, you won't be considered for promotions because theres too many people who aren't good in the Contact Centre. It's never good enough for management. Also, people are actively having their jobs outsourced overseas and therefore being forced into a role that they fought to move away from.
