The People and the culture, but this is eroding with poor leadership and influx of hiring in 2024

Very lean work teams. Everyone is doing the work of two or more people but they won’t hire adequate staff. Incumbent staff paid below market while they bring in new hires at astronomical salaries. Budgets are tight and office facility is not very nice
