Horrible place - Operations bei ING: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I liken working in Operations at ING as being in a domestic violence relationship without the violence but instead mental and psychological abuse to hit your kpi’s. My team is on edge and have constant anxiety. We are short staffed and have been so for awhile. I only know the current mood in operations and don’t know how other departments at ING are coping.
