Open company with limited hierarchy, broken silos and a very enabling culture. ING is an organization where someone can let their ambition truly show.
Kontras
Zero upward mobility as most positions are in my opinion awarded based on social ties rather than performance. Many managers also do not move higher up thus being a block to juniors who aspire to rise.
